I'm working my way through piles of vampire teeth, temporary tattoos, and mini-laser lights preparing give-aways for the RT convention next month. Beloved Stranger, my Gaian book about Sonja Deems, my knife-wielding kick-ass secondary character from Beloved Traveler, is now available in print from Samhain Publishing and Amazon. This is the story about what happened when she went looking for her sisters on a Gaian mining colony, only to get married to one of the prisoners, Roan Dumas, who can kick ass pretty well himself, although he's a little more subtle about than she is.

Truth is that Sonja was just so much fun to write about in Beloved Traveler that I couldn't resist giving her a book of her own and her own hero... although in true Sonja fashion she doesn't believe in their marraige at first. I'm going to be selling personalized copies of the book at the RWA Literacy signing in Atlanta on July 17th.

This is exciting. For two weeks the anthology Ellora's Cavemen: Legendary Tails 1 is free from Ellora's Cave, Nook, and other locations. This is an excellent collection, and I mean the OTHER stories are great as well as my futuristic story Darkpilot's Bride where my vampire hero meets the heroine tied to a tree, her people's sacrifice to his evil lusts. Except that he's not evil and although his lust is real, she's not going to be the worst for it. Quite the opposite, in fact. So be sure to pick up a copy when you can.

My publisher has a program where they occasionally take older titles and set their price to free for a couple of weeks to spur interest in an author and other books in the series. My Hollywood After Dark series has a number of titles so they decided to put Fangs For The Memories, my Romantic Times Top Pick and Reviewer Choice Award nominee into that program. So from June 3rd to June 16th the book is free on Amazon, Nook, and even at Ellora's Cave. This is a very good book so check it out!
