Next Monday will be a spotlight at New Concepts Publishing featuring special pricing on my Gaian books on the publisher's website. This is a great time to pick up Promises To Keep, Beloved Enemy, A Promise Made, and Beloved Traveler at bargain prices. So check it out!

I'm taking part in the RT Kick-off party that Coffee Time Romance is sponsoring for California authors. The party is in honor of the RT Booklovers convention that will be taking place in Los Angeles, California this year April 6th-10th.

I plan to be starting in the forum early in my morning and talk about the events I'm preparing for, the give-aways I'm putting together for the fans, and other preparations. For example, do I plan for wings for my Faery Ball costume? And what special prizes do I have in mind for the first ten people who show up at my meet-and-greet in Club RT? I will probably have pictures to share as well.

I may even have a few extra prizes I'll be handing out in the forum so be sure to head over on March 25th! You can use my name, Cricket Starr, in the referral box when you sign in.

I'll be checking in all day.

“A personal project like anyone else’s personal project. Mine’s just a little more … personal.” (Sex, Lies and Videotape, 1989)

It’s been a few years since erotica and erotic romance took the publishing world by storm, and this panel has been along for the whole adventure. Benefit from the experience of an author, agent and editor as they reveal what works in this hot genre in today’s competitive market for savvy readers, and how to write it.

Four non-traditional press published authors discuss the ups and downs, and all other aspects of publishing in the small press. Featuring Mardi Ballou (aka Meg Bellamy) , Janet Miller (aka Cricket Starr), Alice Gaines, and Marie Tuhart, they will talk about many of the biggest and best houses, and their good and sometimes not-so-good experiences, and hopefully answer the question "is e-publishing right for me?"
